LawBridge - Global Legal Network

Legal situations require trust

Information about a legal problem can be sensitive. That is why it is important to explain clearly how LawBridge works, what information it needs and where the responsibility of the specific lawyer begins.

LawBridge is not a law firm

LawBridge is a technology platform connecting clients with lawyers and law firms.

LawBridge does not provide legal services, legal opinions or legal representation. Information published on these pages is general in nature and does not replace individual legal advice.

All legal services are provided exclusively by the specific lawyer or law firm with whom the client enters into a separate contract.

Only the necessary information first

In the initial request, the client should provide the information needed for a basic understanding of the situation and to find a suitable professional.

Until you are in direct contact with a lawyer, we recommend not sending:

  • original documents,
  • passwords,
  • payment card details,
  • information not needed for the initial assessment,
  • extensive documentation containing sensitive personal or business data.

The lawyer assesses conflicts of interest

Before taking a case, the lawyer or law firm must independently assess any conflict of interest and meet their professional obligations.

Forwarding a request through LawBridge does not in itself mean that the lawyer has accepted the case or that a lawyer–client relationship has been created.

Professional responsibility lies with the provider of legal services

The specific lawyer or law firm is responsible for legal advice, strategy, representation, pricing and the way legal services are provided.

Before starting to work together, the client should check the scope of the service, the price, the terms of representation and the person responsible for handling the case.

Data protection

We process personal data only for specified purposes and to the extent needed to operate the platform, communicate and connect the client with a suitable lawyer.

Details of the scope, legal basis, retention period and user rights are set out in our privacy policy.

No guaranteed outcome

No lawyer and no platform can guarantee the outcome of a legal case.

LawBridge helps create a suitable connection. The final outcome depends on the facts, the available evidence, the law, the conduct of the other party, the decisions of the competent authorities and the work of the specific legal representative.

Clear roles

LawBridge's role is to

  • receive the legal request,
  • help determine its basic focus,
  • look for a suitable professional,
  • enable a possible connection.

The lawyer's role is to

  • check for conflicts of interest,
  • assess the case,
  • propose the scope and terms of legal services,
  • provide professional legal services.

The client's role is to

  • provide true and complete information,
  • protect sensitive data,
  • read the terms of cooperation,
  • decide independently whether to accept the lawyer's offer.

Transparent business model

LawBridge is a technology and marketing platform. Lawyers and law firms pay us for their profile, visibility and software. Lawyers pay nothing for receiving, opening or accepting a client request. Paid plans cover the profile, advertising and software, not leads, contacts or matching.

We take no intermediation fee and no share of legal fees. The client agrees the price of legal services directly with the lawyer. A published lawyer profile is no guarantee of quality, availability or the outcome of a case.

Do you have a legal problem and don't know whom to contact?

Describe your situation. We will help you look for a suitable connection.
