How Can a Foreign Creditor Enforce a Judgment and Collect a Debt in the Czech Republic or Slovakia?
In the Czech Republic, a judgment from another EU country goes straight to enforcement using the Brussels I Recast certificate, since the old 'exequatur' step no longer exists.
